Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date. Eligibility is also subject to the terms of the event organiser and any restrictions stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not available for tickets purchased less than 48 hours before the event start time, unless the event is cancelled or significantly altered by the organiser.

How to Request

To submit a refund request, email contact@amystickets.com with your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and any relevant documentation such as a cancellation notice.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a decision within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued automatically within 7–10 business days. No action is required; we will contact you proactively by email.

For rescheduled events, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement or 14 days before the new event date, whichever comes first.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event start time (unless cancelled)
  • Lost or stolen tickets that have already been used for entry
  • Failure to attend for personal reasons not covered by this policy
  • Tickets transferred or resold by the original purchaser

Processing Timeframes

Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days. PayPal and digital wallets: 3–5 business days. Bank transfers: 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

If your refund does not appear within the expected window, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Service Fees

In certain cases, processing fees associated with the original transaction may be non-refundable. This will be communicated clearly during the review process and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
